1. Services

Intellyze provides software development, branding, marketing, design and training services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees will be set out in separate project proposals or service agreements.

2. Use of the website

• You agree to use the website lawfully and not to engage in conduct that could harm the website or other users.
• You must provide accurate information when submitting forms or registering for events or training.

3. Payment and invoicing

Payments for services, training and events may be collected via invoicing, Razorpay (when available) or bank transfer as agreed. Services may begin only after receipt of payment or as per the agreed payment milestones.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in materials created by Intellyze remain the property of Intellyze unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment and as set out in the project agreement, Intellyze may grant specific usage rights to the client.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties shall keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of a project and shall use it only for the purposes of the project.

6. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellyze provides services "as is" and disclaims all warranties. Intellyze will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the termination provisions in the applicable project agreement. Fees for work already performed and any non-cancellable costs shall be payable on termination.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on this page. Continued use of the website after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes shall be subject to the courts in Kerala, India.
